Certificate Problem Report

Subscribers, relying parties, application software suppliers, and other third parties can report suspected private key compromise, certificate misuse, or other types of fraud, compromise, misuse, inappropriate conduct, or any other matter related to the certificates issued under National Root CA.

How to log a certificate problem report?

Please sending us an email on ecac.certification.problem@pki.gov.pk with the following details:

Full Name
Email address
Contact Number (also mention suitable time for the phone call)
Supporting evidence as email attachment (screen-shot, certificate etc.)
